What's organic?
Following up on yesterday's theme it's worthwhile to consider what it means to be organic. Note that to be labeled organic farmers and processors must meet strict federal requirements. Food must be composed at least 95% of crops that are grown with minimal pesticides and no synthetic fertilizers, animals must be fed organic feed and raised without antibiotics or growth hormones with no artificial preservatives.
How about "natural" food? Doesn't mean a damn thing and it's not regulated.
