Hey, Wells Fargo victims

Wells Fargo committed an unconscionable fraud on its customers by opening 1.5 million accounts without permission, intentionally targeting older victims. Are you one of them? You should be receiving a notice and compensation in the mail. Wells Fargo has agreed to pay back fees, late payments and penalties approaching $190 million.

Special thanks must go to Sen. Susan Collins, Republican of Maine, and Claire McCaskil, Democrat of Colorado. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, created by Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Democrat of Massachusetts prosecuted the case. The new president has promised to eliminate the Bureau.
