Gads! You may have heard someone say that if you had long hair and dressed in torn jeans like I did in my youth. Many of today's seniors may have been similarly disposed and likewise admonished because they were the "flower children" that we recognize.

So, what about getting a job? Many retirees try to re-enter the workforce for various reasons beyond money: the desire to be productive, to interact with others, to learn something new, etc. But barriers may arise due to age discrimination in its various forms.
